Poppy Production is a full-service STAGING, ORGANIZATION, HOME & GARDEN DESIGN and EVENT PLANNING business. Allison and Monica use expertise and years of combined experience to help make their client's life easier. By streamlining the process of many over-whelming tasks, we guide, plan, collaborate then execute. No matter which service or combination of services are needed, our methods ultimately provide results.

Staging
VACANT
Services: Includes leasing and installation of furniture, artwork, pillows and accessories.
Pricing: Flat rate per room. Factors include square footage, value and location of the home.
30 day minimum, monthly extentions available.
OCCUPIED
Services: Full-service, hands-on de-cluttering and re-orientation of client’s furniture to best suit the space. Includes leasing and installation of artwork, pillows and accessories for the occupied home.
Pricing: Flat rate dependent on size and number of rooms. Storage solutions available. Minimum $500.
30 day minimum, monthly extensions available.
REDESIGN
Services: Re-orientation of client’s furniture to best suit the space. Includes de-cluttering and new placement of art work and accessories as needed.
Pricing: Flat rate dependent on size and number of rooms. Storage solutions available. Minimum $300.
WALK & TALK
Services: An hour and a half of a verbal walk about with the client. Staging suggestions will be made to the client to record and execute.
Pricing: Flat rate. Optional recommendations Report available following the Walk & Talk at an additional charge.
CURB APPEAL
Services: Complete exterior makeover including paint, light fixtures, hardware, garden bed design, plant selection, pots and installation. An alternative to full-service curb appeal is a garden rehab, which includes re-freshing/re-orientation of plant material.
Pricing: Hourly rate, plus plant material and installation fees.
SHOP
Services: Poppy Production designers will shop for new furniture and/or accessories with or without client.
Pricing: Hourly rate.
Organizing
Services: De-cluttering, down-sizing, sorting, organizing, packing, storing, consigning, ebay, goodwill.
Pricing: Hourly rate.
Design
Services: Interior design including paint selection, materials selection, furniture and accessory selection
as well as placement.
Complete rehabs, large or small additions and new construction management.
Garden design includes full landscape or existing garden rehabs/refreshening.
Pricing: Hourly rate. Larger jobs determined per project.
Events
Services: Orchestrating all aspects of social and corporate events including invitations, planning, logistics, decorations, florals and entertainment. Catering available for small events and dinner parties (10 to 60 people, pricing determined per project).
Pricing: Hourly rate.
Serving primarily Baltimore, Maryland, Annapolis, Maryland and Washington, D.C., but no project is too far! For all services, long distance travel fees may apply.
