This model home was built by Greenspring Custom Homes in Reisterstown, Maryland. GCH asked Poppy Production to make this house into a home through our interior design services. All furniture, art and decorative accessories were chosen and carefully put into place. Once all the rooms were designed and ready, they then created a 360 degree video to use for marketing. This project was Large and Fun!

Aintree Road - LANDSCAPE/EXTERIOR DESIGN This home was a blank canvas when the project began. All plants, trees, flowers, structures, pool and patios where imagined, designed and executed. Just a few years after completion it is undoubtedly a gardner and entertainer's oasis!

Cuba Road - DESIGN, RENOVATE, NEW CONSTRUCTION, MANAGEMENT Once a small rancher in the rolling hills of Hunt Valley, this home was totally re-imagined by Poppy Production. First by working side by with the architect to completely revamp the exterior. Next by choosing every detail, from top to bottom, outside to inside; flooring, fixtures, cabinets, carpet, paint colors, tile, siding, trim etc, etc. We managed the project from beginning to end, including the landscape design.

Crosmoor Road - DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT This Ruxton home was completely redesigned and renovated by Poppy Production, who also managed the construction of the entire project. This home also had to be downsized, organized and emptied prior to construction. Poppy Production had a hand in this area of the project as well!

Kemper Road - LANDSCAPE/GARDEN DESIGN Starting from a completely blank slate, Poppy Production worked diligently with the client to plan a full landscape design for their newly built home. From design, selection and placement of plants through installation, we managed the project from start to finish. The end result; a yard with order and variety, that looks beautiful now, in any season and well into the future.

Complete Landscape Design

50th Birthday Party-EVENT Poppy Production was called a week and a half before this party to help with decorations and event planning. We worked with a great host and hostess as well as a team of other, top notch vendors. We came up with ideas, created, motivated and efficiently executed! The end result was a Fabulous Party, where the ground work was quickly layed for plenty of fun, a creative and warm atmosphere, custom touches for the guest of honor and a good time to be had by all!

Nick's Room - DESIGN As a birthday surprise for her 15 year old son, our client had Poppy Production completely redesign his old "kid" bedroom into a more mature, sophisticated and "grown up" room, while still keeping it cool and comfortable. We managed every aspect of this project while the clients were out of town, to keep the surprise from Nick! We redesigned everything from literally the top, by adding crown molding, to the bottom, with new carpeting and a rug and everything in between.

Madeira Street - STAGE Cute townhouse in Butchers Hill in Baltimore City on a small alley street. This rehabbed home sat sad and vacant for multiple months with no offers.But oh the power of staging!! We at Poppy Production worked our magic to help make this cold and lonely townHOUSE into a cozy townHOME! And as a result, a contract was submitted and accepted within a month.

Chestnut Avenue - STAGE This unusual home in West Towson had lots to offer. . . spacious rooms, cute 50s detail, lots of light, etc. But an awkward exterior and an unusal interior layout with spaces that needed some defininition. With the owner on a tight budget, it was decided to only stage the main living areas in the home. Although relatively minimal, our furniture and accessories helped define some awkward spaces and give ideas for furniture positioning for a potentially bewildered buyer.

STAGE - Hampton Garth This newly remodelled home in Towson, Maryland was completely vacant. Poppy Production brought in all the furniture, art work and accessories to prepare the home to be professionally photographed. It was then put on the market and sold in less than week.

27th St - OCCUPIED STAGE This client asked for our help to reconfigure their furniture, art and accessories and bring in any extras we felt would help to make this property pop! We rearranged the furniture to create more balance and space. Additionally, to create more interest, we brought in artwork, which we hung more cohesively in the different areas of the room. As well as rugs and pillows for some added pops of color.

Brokers Open at Volta Place, Georgetown, Washington DC Our goal for our new DC friend's 2nd Brokers Open was to create an atmosphere befitting of this sophistacted, historic home. And a memorable experience for the realtors attending this event. We jumped into action with flowers, food (including homemade Maryland crab ball apps!), takeaway gifts and pre "fluffing" and straightening to perfection! Goal accomplished! Best attended Brokers Open "Ever"! Contract 4 weeks later:)
